Testimonials

Rachel is my first call when a production or an event gets the green light.  Why?  Because she is the most capable event manager and director that I have worked with.  As a creative professional, I work in a realm of possibility, where creative ideas need to be nurtured and collected, then delivered as a finished product like a show, a party, or a concert.  Rachel listens, manages process and defines roles, and helps me discern the best parts of what I try to create so I invest time, effort and money only into that which is most important to my vision.  Rachel honours ideas, dreams and creative process, while giving them deep roots and solid structure.  Rachel makes great things actually happen.

Rachel, your creativity was remarkable! You took my few ideas and turned them into something better than I could have ever imagined. A night to never forget. Thank you!

Rachel, thank you so much for making our day so stress free. We had so many compliments about how well organized and beautiful the ceremony and reception was. You were such a great help throughout the entire wedding! Thank you so much for all your help!

Quebec City Again

Earlier this year we took a trip to wonderful Quebec City to do some festival research while the city’s Winter Carnival was on. It truly was a remarkable city full of history and great people. Best of all the parties and activities through out the carnival were amazing. We will have to do a seperate Carnival post one day. For now….Bryce has found himself back there again as it is a stop on the Pitt Bull Tour. One of the perks of touring is seeing wonderful parts of our country, If you are lucky enough to get some time out of the venue.

Over 1/2 Way

From Edmonton the adventures and concerts have continued. Through Regina, Winnipeg, Ottawa, Toronto and now Montreal.

The crowd of 8,000 in Winnipeg knew how to party.

To go from above to below in meer hours is event talent at its best! Especially with such a challening venue.

Snowy but Splendid

Following the Pitt Bull tour adventure across Canada!!!

The 3rd Arena (Rexall Place) stop was in snowy Edmonton, where local radio station The Bounce was having it’s 7th anniversary. Bryce Munro of Radiant Events always enjoys a celebration so when the show did a toast to the city of Edmonton and the Radio station The Bounce it was a classy touch to the evening.

Toasts are classy no matter what kind of event (Even a Pitt Bull concert). So don’t hold back when you are trying to come up with a way to mark or make an acknowledgement during an event. Some sparkle in a glass can go a long way.

HOLIDAY WARM CHEERS BAR A HIT!

Now well into January and looking back on Radiant Event’s bustling holiday season, we’d like to share with you one of our biggest holiday party successes.

At one Radiant–organized holiday soiree, we decided to bypass the usual wine, beer and cocktail route and offer a “Warm Cheers Bar” featuring non-alcoholic winter warmups. Everyone’s cold weather favourites such as hot chocolate and apple cider were there, along with three signature teas from The Great Wall Tea Co (our favourite tea retailer on the planet!).

Party-goers then had the opportunity to create their own customized alcoholic beverages by adding liqueurs such as Carolans Irish Cream, Peppermint Schnapps and Apple Brandy. Our bar hosts informed guests of the unique stories behind each tea and liqueur, while finishing each beverage off with delightful toppings.

The Warm Cheers Bar was a hit and a great idea for event planners and organizers seeking a fun and creative holiday party bar alternative!
